Standard delivery within Lagos takes 1–2 business days. Orders to Abuja, Port Harcourt, and other major cities typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days. We ship with trusted local couriers and you'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Yes — we ship to the UK, USA, Canada, and select European countries. International orders typically take 7–14 business days via DHL Express. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₦15,000 within Nigeria. Express delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. After that, the order is likely already packed and with our courier partner.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Custom pieces and sale items are final sale. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@uncensoredwears.com with your order number and reason.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email and WhatsApp message with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through our courier's portal.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement via WhatsApp or email. After this window, your order enters our fulfilment process and cannot be cancelled — but you can return it once received.

We're sorry this happened. Please photograph the item and packaging and send it to hello@uncensoredwears.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

Absolutely — custom design is at the heart of what we do. You can submit a brief through our /customise page or reach out directly on Instagram or WhatsApp. Our AI-assisted design team will come back with concepts within 48 hours.

For fully custom designs (your own concept), the minimum is 1 piece. For bulk orders (corporate, events, merchandise), we offer special pricing starting at 20 units.

Standard custom orders take 7–10 business days from design approval to delivery. Rush options (3–5 days) are available for an additional fee.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and mobile wallets (Opay, PalmPay, Kuda). International orders can be paid via PayPal or card.

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details.

We offer pay-on-delivery for orders under ₦30,000 within Lagos only. This option appears at checkout if your order qualifies.

Yes — most of our pieces go up to 3XL. If you need a size beyond what's listed, contact us for a custom fit option.
